Terms of Service

Kuch Bhi Lo is a technology platform that connects you with independently owned local shops ("Merchants") near your location, and helps you place orders for pickup or delivery. We are an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and operate as a marketplace e-commerce entity as defined under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

This matters in a specific way: Kuch Bhi Lo does not manufacture, stock, own, or sell any product listed on the Platform. Every product is listed, priced, and fulfilled by the Merchant whose shop it appears under. The contract of sale for any order is between you and that Merchant, not between you and Kuch Bhi Lo. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment collection, and communication between you and the Merchant, and we hold Merchants to onboarding and conduct standards described in our Merchant Agreement — but product quality, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and pickup/delivery are the Merchant's responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. Accounts are created via phone number verification (OTP). You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure, and for all activity under your account. One account per phone number — we may suspend duplicate or fraudulently created accounts.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the listed products at the price shown, from the Merchant, for delivery or pickup at the address/location you provide. The order is confirmed only when the Merchant accepts it — until then, either you or the Merchant may cancel it in full.

Prices, including delivery fees, are set by the Merchant. Kuch Bhi Lo charges Merchants a commission on completed orders; this commission is deducted from the Merchant's payout and is never added on top of the price you see and pay. You may pay online (via our payment partner, currently Cashfree Payments) or by cash on delivery where the Merchant offers it.

Delivery time estimates shown on an order are set by the Merchant at the time they accept your order, based on their own capacity. They are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other factors outside anyone's control.

Cancellation windows, refund timelines, and what happens when a Merchant is unable to fulfil your order are described in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Certain categories (currently, medicines and healthcare products) require you to upload a valid prescription before the Merchant can fulfil your order. The Merchant, not Kuch Bhi Lo, is responsible for verifying the prescription and for compliance with applicable drug and pharmacy regulations. Kuch Bhi Lo does not practice medicine or pharmacy and does not verify prescriptions itself. If a Merchant rejects your prescription, you'll see the reason and can re-upload a corrected one.

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post reviews, ratings, or messages that are false, defamatory, harassing, or unrelated to an actual order you placed
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security, rate limits, or fraud-prevention systems
• Use the order chat to send unlawful, threatening, or abusive content to a Merchant or our support team
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Ratings and reviews are submitted by Customers who have completed an order with that Merchant. They reflect individual opinions, not verified facts, and Kuch Bhi Lo does not independently verify their content. We display the number of reviews alongside every average rating so you can judge how much weight to give it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuch Bhi Lo's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any failure by a Merchant to fulfil an order accurately, safely, or on time — your recourse for such issues is against the Merchant, and we provide the order chat and complaint escalation tools described below to help resolve them.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by Kuch Bhi Lo itself.

If something goes wrong with an order, use the in-order chat to reach the Merchant directly first. If it isn't resolved, either you or the Merchant can bring in Kuch Bhi Lo's support team into the same conversation, or raise a formal complaint through the Platform, which our team reviews and responds to.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer for Kuch Bhi Lo can be reached at help@kuchbhipucho.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your own location under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Platform evolves. We'll update the "Effective" date above when we do, and for material changes, we'll ask you to re-accept them before you can continue placing orders.
